By using The High Roller you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What the service is

An information and entertainment tool that analyses publicly available prices for Kalshi event contracts and sportsbook odds. We are not affiliated with Kalshi or any sportsbook, we are not a broker, and we do not place, route or execute orders. Nothing on the service is financial, investment or betting advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 and permitted to use event-contract and sports information services where you live.

No guarantees

Probabilities, edges, backtests and records describe the past or our models' estimates. Markets are uncertain and you can lose money trading event contracts. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

Memberships

Paid memberships renew monthly until cancelled from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell or redistribute the service's data, share accounts, or interfere with its operation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
